Graduate Certificate for Global Women’s Empowerment Approved by DEAC

WCIU is excited to announce that we have received accreditation to offer a new Graduate Certificate in Global Women’s Empowerment. Through this certificate program, women and men will explore how to grow into their full God-given potential as leaders, how to lead together, and how to bring out the best in one another to further the missional impact of organizations and ministries. We want to recognize the hard work of our Women’s Institute Director, Dr. Mary Lederleitner, for helping to design this program and its course offerings. Thank you, Mary!

A sample of topics includes global leader development, building effective leadership pipelines, leading authentically, spiritual vitality for transformational leadership, growing in intercultural intelligence, navigating diverse theological contexts, empowering at-risk women in dangerous contexts, and funding for development and missional impact.
