In this webinar, we will explore how International Directors from two large global mission organizations took steps to fully engage all the gifts God had given to further His gospel in the world.
Join us for an engaging and practical conversation about how to navigate doors of opportunity so women can do their best work and lead in ways that help ministries grow and experience greater missional impact.
Presenters
Joshua Bogunjoko, served as International Director of SIM from 2013-2024. He served as SIM Deputy International Director for Europe and West Africa from 2006 to 2013. He is also a family physician with years of experience in surgery and holds a master’s degree in leadership and management. Joshua is currently the Global Director of Regions for the Lausanne Movement.
Lawrence Tong served as the International Director of Operation Mobilization from 2013 – 2025. He has a master’s degree in business administration and is currently completing a D. Min. degree. He started serving with OM in 1978. He spent 15 years on OM’s ships (Logos, Logos II and Doulos) and served as the Director for OM in China and Taiwan.
