What Is a Hub?
Rooted in Vision. Built for Local Impact
In 1977, Dr. Ralph D. Winter founded WCIU with a vision: equip servant-leaders where they live and serve. Through Theological Education by Extension (TEE), training left the campus and entered real-world communities.
Today, that vision continues through fully online master’s and PhD programs—reaching students across continents. Now, we’re taking the next step: launching Global South Hubs.
These Hubs will serve as regional anchors in Africa and South Asia, where local coordinators represent WCIU to students, churches, mission organizations, NGOs, businesses, and government offices. Each Hub makes it easier for students to connect, study, and grow in their calling.
