Michelle L. K. Raven
Dr. Michelle L. K. Raven served for 22 years in the U.S. Air Force as a judge advocate before earning a Master of Arts in Global Studies from Liberty University in 2012. She later served as a missionary with Christar and earned a PhD in Intercultural Studies from Columbia International University (CIU) in 2019. At CIU, she served as Associate Professor, Assistant Dean of Spiritual Formation, and Dean of Women. Today, Dr. Raven continues to live out her calling as a minister in her local church, as Executive Director of the Benedict-Allen Community Development Corporation, and CEO of Resilient Roots Development, LLC, using her gifts to strengthen communities and build hope from the ground up. She believes ministry extends beyond the church walls — into neighborhoods, schools, and families in need of restoration and purpose. Her work bridges faith and action, reminding believers that spiritual transformation and community renewal go hand in hand.
