Kumar Aryal, Ph.D. is the founder and executive director of the Himalayan Hope Foundation and serves on advisory boards for Lausanne Global Analysis, Asia Graduate School of Theology-Nepal, and the Asian School of Development and Cross-Cultural Studies, where he is also Ph.D. coordinator for South Asia. He holds a Ph.D. in International Development and spent nine years as a professor of intercultural studies at IGSL in Manila, where he also served in leadership roles.
