John Jay Travis

Since 1986 John "Jay" Travis has served as a field worker and leader with Frontiers working 24 years in South and Southeast Asia. He began teaching classes at Fuller Theological Seminary as an adjunct professor in 2008 and an affiliate professor in 2012. Presently at Fuller he both teaches courses and supervises doctoral students.  He is widely published and he and his wife Anna, presently based in southern California, are in high demand for workshops and informal consultation. He holds a Ph.D from Fuller Theological Seminary, an MA in Intercultural Studies from Biola University, an MA in TESOL from William Carey International University and a California state teaching credential.  John and Anna have two grown children and two lovely grandchildren.
