Systems & Structures - Learning From the Prophesying Daughters of EFCA Webinar Replay

Learning From The Scandinavian “Prophesying Daughters” with Dr. David Gustafson

What relevance might a movement of female Scandinavian evangelists from 1892 to 1918 have for our busy and modern lives today? It turns out the story of these “Prophesying Daughters” is filled with many significant insights that can help us more effectively develop women for fruitful missional impact in our era.

In this webinar, we talk with Dr. David Gustafson, Chair & Professor of Evangelism and Missional Ministry at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Because of his linguistic skills, David was able to go into archives and discover over 150 Scandinavian women whose missional efforts were critical to planting churches and leading people to Christ, often in extremely difficult contexts in the U.S. and other nations.
