Dr. Perry founded and directed Himalayan Ministries for ten years, also serving as International Coordinator of the Himalayan AD2000 & Beyond Movement, and later HimGlo (Himalayan Global) Summits. In 2005 Dr. Perry joined DAI as a Senior Consultant for the Himalayan Region, where she co-pioneered the Himalayan Leadership (HimLead) program, facilitated formation of DAI’s Masters in Organizational Leadership partnerships in North-East India, Nepal, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, and served as DAI Regional Director for South Asia for several years.

Dr. Perry’s passion is walking alongside national emerging leaders throughout South Asia, delighting in all that God is doing in and through their lives.
