WCIU’s goal in selling properties is to focus our efforts more directly on our mission of providing distance education to enhance the effectiveness of scholar-practitioners working to develop transformational solutions to roots of human problems. We have worked closely with our board of directors to identify the best path to complete this goal. We recognize that this process will cause many questions to arise. Why is WCIU selling properties?

WCIU’s mission is to provide innovative distance education to enhance the effectiveness of scholar-practitioners as they serve with others to develop transformational solutions to the roots of human problems around the world. We seek to refocus our efforts and resources to pursuing this mission.

What is the timeline for the sale?

Given the number of properties and complexity we expect most of the sale process to be completed over the next six to eight months.

Do I have to move?

Not necessarily, some properties will be sold to buyers interested in leasing the property. However, we are not able to say or guarantee who buyers will be and what they will expect after a purchase of the property.

How do I find out what properties are being sold?

WCIU has engaged Bill Podley and his team from Deasy Penner Podley real estate to assist with the sale of the properties. Please contact the team at wciuteam@dppre.com to find out which properties are listed for sale.

What is the asking price for my house?

Asking prices will be set when the house is formally listed for sale. Contact the Bill Podley team at wciuteam@dppre.com.

Can I make an offer on my house?

Will WCIU do rent to own?

WCIU is not interested in rent to own or other scenarios which require seller financing.
