Erin Moriarty

Erin Moriarty is a passionate leader in human resources who believes in bringing clarity to roles, expectations, and the systems that support people and mission. She holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from North Park University in Chicago.  She brings over 20 years of professional experience, including a decade in for-profit organizations and 10 years serving ministries, including leading human resources at TEAM. Her work has spanned both operational and leadership contexts, supporting organizations as they navigate growth, complexity, and change. 

Erin has a heart for mission and has participated in short-term missions with Convoy of Hope in El Salvador and Youth With A Mission in Mexico and Indonesia. She also serves as the HR Track Leader for Missio Nexus Missions Leaders Conference.  Based in Charlotte, NC, Erin is an active member of her church, Warehouse 242. She is committed to supporting mission-driven organizations and the people who carry their work forward around the world.
