Presenters and Facilitators
Dr. Diane Marshall is an intercultural leadership mentor and researcher with nearly four decades of experience in global missions. Now based in Newcastle, Australia, she has also lived in New Zealand, Peru, Malawi, and Singapore. Her academic and professional work centers on leadership development, women in ministry, and cross-cultural engagement. She holds a PhD focused on workplace learning in sub-Saharan Africa and has held senior mission leadership positions.
Diane currently chairs the External Board of the Angelina Noble Centre, which supports women conducting research in cross-cultural missions. Her work reflects a deep commitment to reflective practice, intercultural competence, and empowering others to flourish in diverse ministry environments.
