They know God has entrusted them with gifts and skills essential for kingdom work in their organizations — yet belonging and community are often bypassed when their presence is reduced to a symbol of diversity. Many leaders of color experience spiritual fatigue as they serve faithfully while grappling with the ways their full identity is not celebrated. The burden is heavy — and too often invisible.
