COURSE Registration

Courses are beginning soon. Students are required to sign and submit a Course Registration Agreement Form before self-registering for courses in Populi.


Important Registration Instructions: 

  1. Download and fill out a (CRA) Course Registration Agreement form
  2. Save form as "Last Name_First Name_CRA".
  3. Email the form as an attachment to 
  4. Login to Populi
  5. Self-Register for the course(s) you entered in your Course Registration Agreement. Here's how.

Almost done with your courses? Fill out an Intent to Graduate form before Dec. 15th!


Important Registration Instructions: 

  1. Open the PhD Course Registration Request form
  2. Complete the contact information at the top of the page
  3. Choose or enter the title of the course you are registering for. For individualized courses, also enter the number of units. The registration will be valid for the next registration period. 
  4. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the form.
  5. Login to Populi
  6. Self-Register for the course(s) you entered in your PhD Registration form. Here's how.

Viewing Approved Course Registration Agreements

Students have access to their fully executed Course Registration Agreements in Populi within 10 days of receipt by the Registrar’s Office.

Once the agreement is uploaded to Populi, students will receive an automated email notification from WCIU with the subject title: “WCIU Registrar sent you a file”. To open the file, click “View Course Registration Agreement.pdf”. See pdf on how to view your agreement in Populi.
