Welcome to Kenneth Scott Latourette Library. With a primary focus of international development, the library has many resources for culture studies, some of which are not commonly found in other libraries. Some of these resources are password-protected, and available only to WCIU faculty, staff, and students. Find Books

Latourette Library’s Catalog: Catalog and all e-books
To find cataloged open-access books (free for anyone to read), type “open” into the location field. To find all e-books (password-protected and open-access), type “web” into the location field.

Latourette Library houses the following collections:

    First Search

    FirstSearch is a Web-based information system for searching online databases. A database is a collection of related resources on a specific topic or from a specific source. Some databases, such as WilsonSelectPlus, provide the full-text of articles. Other databases may only provide abstracts and bibliographic information for articles. If you are unable to retrieve the full-text version of an article, you may email the article information to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address), and we will request a copy of the article for you through InterLibrary Loan.
